CAD-CUTTER License — Access, Downloads and Usage Rights

CAD-CUTTER is a design software service that is continually improved. Your purchase grants time-limited access to use the software for the selected license type and term; it is not a sale or transfer of the software. New features and improvements may be introduced over time and are available while your access is active.

License options

Personal

For your own personal, non-commercial projects. This plan does not grant commercial permission to sell physical products or digital cutter files. Any separate commercial permission must come from an active EULITEC license that expressly covers that activity.

Commercial Physical

Allows you to manufacture and sell physical products made from your own designs while you hold at least one active EULITEC commercial license that covers physical-product sales. This permission may come from a qualifying active Patreon membership, an applicable EULITEC license purchased through Etsy or the EULITEC website, or the Commercial Physical CAD-CUTTER plan. The applicable license terms determine what is covered. If all qualifying licenses expire or end, you must stop manufacturing and selling under this permission until another qualifying license is active. This plan does not grant permission to sell digital cutter files. You are responsible for having the rights to all artwork and materials used in your designs. An active CAD-CUTTER software-access license is required to use the software and create or export new designs.

Commercial Digital

Allows you to create original designs and sell the finished digital cutter files you export. The right to sell a finished file created while the Commercial Digital license is active continues indefinitely after the software-access term expires. Each exported design and size is charged individually as described below. Whether you share or gift a finished file is your choice; EULITEC does not claim to technically control redistribution of files you have obtained. This permission covers your finished design files only; it does not transfer ownership of CAD-CUTTER, its source code, API, non-public components, EULITEC designs, third-party artwork, fonts or other source assets.

Download allowance included with each plan

The number of included downloads depends on the selected license type and term:

How downloads are counted: one download credit covers one design at one size and one cutting-edge thickness. Every additional size or edge thickness is charged as a separate download. For example, exporting one design in five sizes uses five credits (for one edge thickness). A batch is charged per design; it is not one flat credit for the whole batch. The selected supported file formats and the Normal + Mirror pair, where available, are included in that same design/size/edge export and do not each incur an extra credit. The allowance is for the purchased term; unused downloads do not carry over after expiry or into a renewal.

Editing and previews do not consume download credits. 4K and 8K image exports are free and do not use the allowance. Customers without an active license, or who have used their included allowance, may continue exporting through the separate HYDRA payment/credit system at the rates shown in CAD-CUTTER. HYDRA charges are calculated per design export, size and edge thickness; a batch is charged design by design. Website product-download points are separate and cannot be used to buy a software license or substituted for its download allowance.

Term, renewal and account

Software access begins after successful payment and lasts for the selected 1-, 6- or 12-month term. There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue using the software after the term, you may purchase a new term manually. A CAD-CUTTER license is for one customer account and may not be transferred or shared. Only one CAD-CUTTER license may be active on an account at a time; another license or renewal may be purchased after the active term expires. When the term expires, software access and any unused included downloads end. The continuing Commercial Digital right to sell finished files created during the active term is not affected.

Ownership, lawful use and restrictions

• You retain your rights in original designs you create and export, subject to the permissions and limits of your selected license.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you own or are authorized to use every image, font, logo, design or other material you upload or include, and for respecting third-party copyright, trademarks and other rights.
• You may not copy, sell or distribute EULITEC-branded designs or use a license to infringe another person’s rights.
• You may not sell, sublicense, extract, reverse engineer or reproduce CAD-CUTTER, its source code, APIs, non-public components or access credentials, or use them to clone or recreate the software service.
• All use must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to you and your activity. EULITEC is headquartered in Argentina. Customers in other countries remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to them; this description does not claim that one country’s law automatically governs every customer.

The license grants only the permissions expressly described for the selected plan. Contact EULITEC before relying on it for a use not covered here.
